The National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the banking sector foresees that Banking Institutes provide professional training activities to their employees with a permanent contract, as follows: a. not less than 24 hours per year of professional training during working hours, b. additional 26 hours per year, 8 of which paid, to deliver during the working hours and 18 hours not paid outside the working hours

The job-specific cVET programmes (including the iVET junior banking programme) for the three occupations concerned are provided as mandatory in-service training.

The El + E program is one of twelve vocational programmes in upper secondary education, offering a fairly broad basis for electricity-related occupations. In addition to “electricity”, students can opt for “data” or “energy” in their final year.
